Returns
We value great customer service and therefore it's important to us to have a transparent return policy and instructions, we are committed to you being 100% delighted with your purchase. If not, you are able to return it within 14 days of purchase, all purchases become final after this time. The product must have all original tags, be unwashed and unworn. Please notify us in advance of your return via hello@pharlain.com, with your order number and a brief reason for return/exchange. All item(s) need to be returned within 14 days of receiving your order and all return costs are the responsibility of the customer. For all exchanges we will happily deliver the new item to you at our cost provided we have received your returned order.

Damaged or Faulty Items
Sale Items
There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items. If you are unhappy with your sale purchase, you may exchange or return for store credit. However if the product is faulty we will do our best to replace the product and if that isn’t possible we will refund at the sale price you purchased the product at. This will include shipping costs.
